Shipping Policy

We bake fresh and ship weekly to make sure your cookies show up soft, thick, and ready to devour. Orders are shipped Wednesdays and Thursdays via USPS Priority so they arrive fast and fresh. You'll get tracking info as soon as your cookies hit the road.

📦 Marked Delivered But Nowhere to Be Found?
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s literally out of our hands. If your tracking says delivered but you don’t see your package, check with neighbors, family, front desks, or hiding spots (mail carriers get creative). Unfortunately, we can’t replace orders marked as delivered — porch pirates are real, y’all — so please make sure your delivery address is safe and secure.
